HAPPY BURGER
CASE STUDY

Detail
With HAPPY BURGER, our goal was to create a hometown experience for food connoisseurs. It was ideal to give our users a casual design made for family dinning. Offering a variety of different burgers our app allows its users to order food conveniently through its transaction process. Our goal is not only to provide our users with easy browsing experience, but deliver it in a compact mobile format!
Overview
Happy Burger is a local chain of Burger restaurants located throughout the Phoenix metro area. Since its launch in 2020, Happy Burger has served the best Hometown Burgers in the city. Unlike any other burger on the market, our burgers are made from high-quality ingredients that provide a pronounced unique flavor that cannot be matched by any other competitor. As a family-oriented restaurant, we strive to provide a dining experience that will leave our patrons not only smiling but also happy.
The Challenge
To create something that was visually pleasing but also easy to use. As part of my vision, I created a step-by-step engagement that is not only user-friendly but also easy to use for all ages.
The Process
I implemented a task-driven approach which achieved our design objective. It was determined that the most effective strategy was fundamental research. In order to accomplish our goal, we needed to understand what was important to our user.
The Solution
Listening and learning from participants revealed that there wasn’t
a condiments screen or a button to allow users to go back to the previous page. I was not only able to add a condiments button to the review orders screen, but I also added an entirely new condiments selection page to satisfy user experience.

The Results
It concluded that the case study was well received from from its constituents who concluded that the most charismatic components was the app was its features, and its simplicity for being user-friendly. furthermore, it was highly favorable for
public use.

My Role
As a user experience designer my job is to build simple, intuitive interaction experiences that address user problems in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Designing a positive experience requires understanding the desires, attitudes, motivations, expectations, and pain points of the users.
